My 5 Ways To Advertise My Blog

This is my third day blogging in My5fingers. And to see some visitors dropping by here makes me feel motivated to continue what I have started three days ago.

I don't want to act like a guru teaching you how to advertise your blog because I am not. I am a newbie in blogging and still learning like other newbie bloggers out there .  But since some of my friends asking me what's my technique to get that 26 visitors today. Heh 26!...I decided to reveal some secrets. As if !

#5 Shoutmix - This is my tool to chat with blog neighborhood. Communicating with other bloggers is a great way to promote your blog. You don't need to be as if your begging them to visit your blog, just a little "HI" and "HELLO" is okay. Or if you feel that blog you visited deserves to have a recognition. Simply say: " Nice blog you have here."
                               8 out of 10 blogs that I visited yesterday has a Shoutmix board. So better get one and say Hi to the world of bloggers.

#4 Join Forums. Participating in forums is another tool, make sure that you have your signature that will direct visitors to your blog in every forum that you may want to participate.  Member signature is a little space provided for a forum participant to promote their links.  Some forums that allows a signature is sulit.com.ph

#3 Blog Comments. Hey, don't just get used to leaving a hi and hello to the blogger's shoutmix chatboard. Why not try to read and appreciate his blog and leave an honest and fair comment after that.  Be nice to the blogger and he'll give you a big  smile as well...a nice comment too. 

#2 Social Networking Etc. Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Multiply etc...you know what I mean, more friends, more visitors. Use it and maximize the use of it.

#1. Text your friends, invite them to visit your blog. Don't under-estimate the word of mouth

Don't pressure yourself too much, creating huge traffics in three days is unrealistic. Enjoy blogging because that's the essence why you blog, to enjoy. Start promoting your blog to your real friends and huge visitors will follow. It's the word of mouth that counts really.

Easy and free ways to advertise right?! Just a little patience is needed to be successful in this style of marketing. Hello, it's free! so don't expect too much, but at least it will drive some traffics and create readers. 

Anyway, at the end of the day, it is  your blog's  quality of contents will still be your great tool to have quality visitors.  You'll never know, you will be the next successful blogger in the world wide web. Just like me. Hih...dreaming=)
